When we arrived the receptionist was quite unfriendly, just took the keys, not explaining anything. After having to ask to talk to the mechanic about what we wanted to get done it turned out they apparently don't do appointments and we just got laughed at about the question if it was going to be done by 1pm.

Addionally the place is super expensive, $90 an hour. And they don't give you proper information about what e.g. a dual battery replacement would cost exactly.
